USER AGREEMENT

By accessing or using Rox Fitness, LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this online services agreement. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Rox Fitness, LLC. This agreement governs your use of the Rox Fitness, LLC Internet Web site and related sites. Please review these Terms and Conditions each time you use the Site as they are subject to change at any time by Rox Fitness, LLC, without notice to you. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Rox Fitness, LLC reserves the right to suspend your use of the Site for any reason at any time, at its sole discretion.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use Rox Fitness, LLC in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of Rox Fitness, LLC (as well as for use of your account by others, including minors living with you) and to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated in this Agreement.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Before you begin any exercise program, and before you follow any of the advice, instructions, or any other recommendations in this Website, you should first consult with your doctor and have a physical examination. The recommendations, instructions and advice contained within this Website and Email, are in no way intended to replace or to be construed as medical advice and are offered for informational purposes only.
Rox Fitness, LLC offers no warranties or representations regarding the advice, instructions, E mail advice or any other information contained in this Website.
Rox Fitness, LLC and their respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected to the use of any of the information contained in this Website, including any injuries resulting there from.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy- After the Initial Membership Term (IMT) concludes your membership will automatically renew to the same duration of the IMT and continue to renew thereafter at the end of each term. Members are entitled to permanently cancel these renewals at any time. However, cancellation will not become effective until the end of the membership in which the cancellation takes place.
Rox Fitness, LLC will not provide prorated or retroactive refunds. After the Initial Membership Term, you remain financially responsible for the membership fees until we receive notice of cancellation.
You may cancel your membership by email or mail:
By email: send an email to cancel@roxfitness.com. Please label the subject of the email "Intent to cancel." In the body of your email state your first and last name, your email address (that you use to login), and intent to cancel.
By mail: send your letter to Rox Fitness, LLC Fitness, 211 Hope St, #390321, Mountain View, CA 94039
Attention: Membership Cancellation. In the body of the letter state your first and last name, your email address (that you use to login), and intent to cancel.

TERMS of 110% GUARANTEE

You may cancel your Rox Fitness subscription within 30 days of your initial registration and receive a 110% refund. Please note, in order to qualify for the refund, you must have completed your Rox FitAssess, downloaded at least 1 set of videos and provided feedback at least once. After this initial 30-day period (720 hours), you may not cancel your subscription for the remainder of the initial membership term selected during the registration process.

AMMENDMENTS

The information contained in these Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated by Rox Fitness, LLC from time to time and without prior notice by posting the modified Terms and Conditions to the Site. Rox Fitness, LLC may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in this information at any time without notice. It is your obligation to review these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing basis. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must cease your use of this Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, graphics, designs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and information ("Content") contained on the Site are owned or controlled by Rox Fitness, LLC or its respective owners and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may download Content solely for your personal use for non-commercial purposes. You may not modify or further reproduce the Content for any purpose whatsoever.
All logos and trademarks displayed on the Site are registered trademarks or trademarks of Rox Fitness, LLC or are the marks, trade names, trade dress of their respective owners. Depictions of products or services on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners ("Trademarks") and are protected in the United States and internationally. No use of any Trademarks may be made without the prior written authorization of Rox Fitness, LLC or the respective owners of the Trademarks except to identify the products or services associated therewith.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right to any patents, copyright or trademark embodied in the Site. All right, title and interest in the Content and the Trademarks shall reside solely with Rox Fitness, LLC or the respective owners thereof.

PRIVACY

Rox Fitness, LLC does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through the Site and any information or material sent to Rox Fitness, LLC through the Site in respect of any products or service referenced or offered on the Site will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending Rox Fitness, LLC any information or material regarding our services, you grant Rox Fitness, LLC an unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that Rox Fitness, LLC is free to use any ideas, inventions, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send Rox Fitness, LLC for any purpose. Such purposes may include disclosure to third parties and/or developing, manufacturing and/or marketing goods or services.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rox Fitness and its agents, employees, representatives, licensors, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, causes of action and judgments (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or concerning your breach of this Agreement and your use of the Service or your actual or alleged violation of law or any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
