What is a Rox Circle of Support?
A Rox Circle of Support is a group of friends, family or coworkers you designate to support you in achieving your goal. Back to Top
How will Rox Fitness contact the people in my Circle of Support?
Members of your Circle of Support will receive an email when you register.  They will have the option to opt in or opt out from supporting you.  If they opt in they will occasionally receive an email from us asking for a brief message of encouragement.  These are then emailed or text messaged to you. What is a S.M.A.R.T goal?

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting is a system for setting goals that gets results.  Commonly employed by businesses and coaches, S.M.A.R.T goals help you to stretch to your potential, which still setting a goal within reach.  Back to Top

Why is the shortest program 3 months?
Our training experts have found that for most people, it takes about 3 months to safely make changes to the body.  This includes losing weight and gaining muscle.  Rather than promise miracle results that last for a short time, we are using time-tested methods for setting and achieving fitness goals.  Back to Top
What if I’m already working with a personal trainer?
Great!  We encourage that you get offline support!  Personal trainers can be a tremendous resource for learning how to do exercises correctly.  If you are using a trainer, you’ll find there are probably times when you are unable to make a session, for time or money reasons and that’s why Rox Fitness is the perfect component to any fitness program. What if I’ve never done much with fitness before?
Congrats for starting!  Rox Fitness has been used with absolute beginners and fitness buffs.  The program increases in difficulty as you improve, so you’ll work at a pace that’s comfortable to you, while knowing that you won’t plateau.

What equipment do I need to complete one of your Rox Outs?
Rox Outs, our video workouts are equipment free.  We want to make fitness accessible to everyone.  They can be done anywhere- at home, in the gym, even in a hotel room in your skivvies!  No need for fancy equipment.  We’ve also found for beginners to fitness, this can reduce your risk of injury. What if a workout seems too easy or too hard?
First, attempt the workout.  Seemingly simple moves can be the most challenging.  Once you have completed all exercises and reps, you will be able to provide feedback.  Let us know if it’s too challenging or too simple and we will make an adjustment on the level in your next set of videos. What if I want to change my goal?
We strongly encourage you to stay the course.  Committing to a goal is no minor achievement and we want you to succeed.  Naturally, should you achieve your goal sooner, then move on to the next one.  Memberships can be renewed so you are able to progress to the next goal. Back to Top

How do I upgrade my membership?
Once they see the benefits of the program, many members want to upgrade their subscription to receive savings on the rest of the year.  To do this, log into your account and purchase a new program.  You will be charged the prorated difference. Back to Top
How do I cancel my account?
If you chose to leave Rox Fitness, then we wish you the best of luck in achieving your goals.  Send an email to cancel@roxfitness.com and include your name and the email address you use to login.  Changes will take place within 72 hours. Back to Top
How do I change my password?
Log on to your account and select Membership Information.  The “Change Password” form is at the bottom of the page. Back to Top

Technical
What if my ipod or other media device isn’t made for video?
You will need a media device that can play MP4 files. Back to Top
What if I’m having difficulty moving the video from my computer onto my device?
